Meet Dr. Cozby | Forney Tx (Texas) | Dr Melina Cozby

Melina E.A. Cozby D.D.S.Dr. Cozby grew up in Forney TX and wanted to open her dental practice in the community she loves. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from Baylor College of Dentistry. She is an alumni of Texas A&M University-Commerce.

Dr. Cozby is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Academy of General Dentist, American Association of Women Dentists, Texas Association of Women Dentists. She has served in the research community for years as Vice President of the NSRG for the American Academy of Dental Research. During this time she won several awards including the prestigious Hatton Award that allowed her to compete at international levels.

Dr. Melina Cozby is very proud to accept the highly coveted award of “America’s Top Dentist”, given by the independent Consumer’s Research Council of America. 
Dr. Melina Cozby has been named a “Top Dentist” in the Consumers Research Council of America “Guide to America’s Top Dentist. “  The Consumer Research Council of America is a Washington, D.C. based research organization, provides consumers' information guides for professional services throughout America. It is their purpose to help educate and assist consumers in obtaining the finest professional services.  She has received this designation based on education, research, and patient surveys.  We are all very proud at Forney Family Dentistry to be honored with this award.

This policy was enacted to ensure an unbiased selection for the lists of America's Best. Dr. Cozby and her family enjoy spending time with friends and family. They enjoy traveling, movies, sporting events, and staying involved in the community. Dr. Cozby is committed to providing the highest standard of patient care. As a child, her dental experiences left more to be desired. She began to develop a "dental phobia". This history has allowed her to create an atmosphere that is geared towards patient comfort. She strives to make your dental experience as pleasant as possible with the highest level of patient empathy. She enjoys making every member of your family love their smile.
